Tory Lanez keeps coming up short regarding legal problems, and now Christopher “Prince” Harty from Love & Hip Hop has made some serious allegations.
Prince claims Tory has gotten physical with him at two different nightclubs in 2019 and 2020. Both times, he claimed Tory punched him and had his entourage jump in. As a result, Prince said he suffered numerous injuries.
According to RadarOnline.com, Prince signed a bodily harm settlement with Tory last month, which Tory reportedly drafted on his own. Prince signed it without having his attorney review it, and he claims Tory had one of his goons present a weapon and “aggressively” ordered him to sign.
Additionally, Prince said the amount of damages awarded in the settlement was way too low for the damages he suffered. Tory has previously denied all charges.
Prince wants the court to throw out the agreement since it was signed under duress.
