The former Real Housewives of Potomac star told her Instagram followers that not only was she still locked in a custody battle with her ex-husband, James Orsini, but she shared a graphic, along with the caption:
“I miscarried. Jacob took the picture, he posted it on my phone, he was mad, said they killed my baby. I am okay, will take this down now.”
