After video leaked of rapper T.I. allegedly cheating on his wife, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, everyone is naturally curious about the mysterious woman who was getting her cakes spanked by the Bankhead rapper. Here’s what we know so far about Asia’h Epperson.
1. She’s originally from Joplin, MO. and is a multi-talented star. She is a singer and songwriter and has released several tunes on her SoundCloud. Most people also remember her from appearing on Season 7 of American Idol.
2. Two days before the show’s auditions, her father was killed in a car accident.
3. She’s also an actress and played the character Felicia in Straight Outta Compton. She also snagged the role of Tasha Skanks on the OWN series Greenleaf.
4. She was arrested for assault in 2010 after she and her sister beat up another woman at a Hollywood nightclub. She attempted to leave the club with rapper Too Short shortly after 2 a.m. but was cuffed by police and hauled off to jail, according to TMZ.
5. She is one of three women who were arrested at a restaurant called Houston’s in May 2018. Epperson said she was racially profiled by the restaurant and assaulted by an off-duty police officer. Once T.I. heard news of the incident, he posted footage and photos of the women’s injuries to spread awareness. This was allegedly how he came in contact with Epperson and later sparked their alleged affair.
